Katy has more than 15 years of integrated marketing experience in agency and nonprofit settings. Katy is passionate about helping organizations and teams achieve success through innovative — and integrated — outreach, fundraising and advocacy strategies. She has worked with nonprofit organizations of various sizes and disciplines including Alzheimer’s Association, Boys & Girls Clubs of America, United States Olympic Committee, Best Friends Animal Society, Disabled American Veterans, and Shriners Hospitals for Children.
Katy partners with client leadership and PMX internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals, audience-focused strategy and flawless campaign execution. A veteran of both the agency and nonprofit worlds, Katy knows what it takes to start, build, and sustain a successful fundraising program.
She’s a frequent speaker at industry events, a regular contributor to trade publications, and also serves as co-chair of the Programs Committee for the DMAW Educational Foundation and a member of the DMA Integrated Marketing Community Leadership Council. She holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Baltimore and a BA in Music Composition from Lehigh University. Katy lives in Catonsville, Maryland with her husband Ken, son Reginald and two rescue dogs, Guinness and Paca.
